By purchasing this ticket, I agree to release and discharge Iowa Pacific Holdings, LLC (IPH) and its subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, members, officers, shareholders, employees, representatives, insurers, successors, assignees, parents (collectively, the “Iowa Pacific Releases”), jointly and severally, from any and all claims for any liability, injury, loss, or damage, including monetary, compensatory or consequential damages, punitive damages, emotional distress, pain and suffering, lost profits, attorneys’ fees and costs, which may be sustained by me in connection with or in any way relating to this trip, due to any cause or reason whatsoever including, without limitation, the reckless, willful, or negligent actions or omissions of IPH and/or the Iowa Pacific Releases.
I intend for this waiver and release also to apply to any relatives, heirs, agents, representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, transferees, and/or assignees whom might pursue any legal action or claim for such liability, injury, loss or damage, and shall inure to the benefit of IPH or the Iowa Pacific Releases.
By purchasing this ticket, I certify that those traveling with me and I are physically fit to travel at the time of trip. I am aware that I am required to notify IPH in writing at the time of booking the trip of any physical disability or medical condition which may require special assistance during the trip. If I do not provide the IPH with this information, I release IPH from any and all liability, injury, loss, damage, or other compensation arising from or related in any way to my disability or condition. Also, I acknowledge that IPH is not obliged to provide any assistance or meet special requests unless the IPH has agreed to do so in writing. If I am not self-sufficient, I am aware that IPH reserves the right to require that I travel with a companion who can take responsibility for any assistance needed during the trip and in case of emergency.
I acknowledge that IPH and/or its promotional partners have the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of me and/or my party in any medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity or otherwise, without compensation to me and/or my party and all rights, title and interest therein (including all worldwide copyrights therein) shall be IPH’s sole property, free from any claims by me and/or my party or any person deriving any rights or interest from me and/or my party.

I understand and agree that professional onboard photographers may photograph me and/or my party, and that those photos may be processed, displayed and sold to me and/or my party and other guests.
By entering the premises, I assume the risk of any and all legal responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to my person or property regardless of all feasible safety precautions which may be taken by me, the landowner/possessor, or the agents and employees of the landowner. Therefore, I release and discharge Iowa Pacific Holdings, LLC (IPH) and its subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, members, officers, shareholders, employees, representatives, insurers, successors, assignees, parents (collectively, the “Iowa Pacific Releases”), jointly and severally, from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including monetary, compensatory or consequential damages, punitive damages, emotional distress, pain and suffering, lost profits, attorneys’ fees and costs, which may be sustained by me in connection with or in any way relating to my entrance onto the premises
