Reserved Dome Car seats with First Class Dining is available on the Fun Train and Sierra Senic. Upgrade includes round trip reserved Dome Car seats, “Welcome Aboard” refreshments and three-course luncheon. The other amenities of the Fun Train and Sierra Scenic; piano lounge with souvenir shop, dance car, open seating great dome and smoking car with cigar lounge are also accessible to Gold Service passengers. A group on Amtrak consists of 20 or more guests with every 21st guest free (based on double occupancy value, same hotel and no group deviations). Group seating may be requested, but is not guaranteed.
Aboard the Key Holidays’ special charter Reno Fun Train and Sierra Scenic Train, a group is 16 or more guests with every 16th guest free (based on double occupancy value, same hotel, no group deviations with a limit of 10 free). Each Amtrak car accommodates 64 seats with 50 seats per GOLD SERVICE Dome Car for a total of approximately 500 seats per departure. Group seating may be reserved in advance from 16 to 500 with a deposit of only $20 per person with final payment due 45 days prior to departure.
